• Elevating officer-initiated stop data and racial disparities into the public and City Council record

• Pressing for transparency around police complaint review and use-of-force reporting

• Formally recommending exploration of an independent public safety oversight structure through a committee task force, which City Council approved (HRC agendas and minutes reflecting early oversight discussions)
